How it works.

We went through the first three steps on the night of October 9 to 10, 2026. Each time label comes from our screenshots of that night.

On the phone, yes: in our call she replied in Italian at first, then switched to French when we asked. In text chat she understands other languages but replies in English. The app menus are in English.
